About Me

I have over 30 years experience in real estate, as an investor, owner and manager of apartment buildings.  From 2006 to 2010, I built a national hospital billing & collection agency with a staff of 150 people. But, I missed real estate. So, after selling my company I returned to my first love, joining CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty in Boynton Beach.

My primary focus is on residential real estate in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Additional specialties include investment properties, foreclosures and short sales.  I often work with out of town buyers, looking for investments or a vacation home and can help them quickly understand the local landscape. As a real estate investor I stay current on market conditions, local economic factors, and am willing and ready to negotiate on your behalf.

I am very interested in the Arts Community in Florida and strongly believe in giving back to the community, volunteering at The  CJ Foundation for Autistic and Special Needs Children, the Bailey Center for Contemporary Art and the Arts Garage, a performing arts venue and education center in Delray Beach.  I was recently appointed to be on the Board of the Arts Garage Guild and look forward to helping them raise the monies they need to accomplish their mission to bring the Arts to Florida and educate our children in the Arts.
